Phoebe Philo offers a refined return process, allowing clients to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, pristine condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Access your account or use the order tracker to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials, dust bags, and branded boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or via email to the exterior of the package, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Dispatch & Inspection

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received, our atelier will perform a quality inspection before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
